Thank you for your interest in “The Manor”! We are excited about our facility and would be happy to accommodate your function. It is our goal to customize each event to make it ideal and memorable for you! It is important to keep in mind that all proceeds from the rental of The Manor goes towards the work of The Ontario Mission of the Deaf. In order to confirm your date, the full rental rate of The Manor is required. Rental rates for The Manor range from $600.00 plus 15% of the catering subtotal for functions taking place on weekends from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and $1,200.00 plus 15% of the catering subtotal for evening/weekend functions from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. ($6.50 per person for corkage) Additional hours may be purchased (prior to 4:00 pm) for $150.00 per hour. Events carrying past 12:00 am will be charged $300.00 per hour. The Manor rental rate includes the use of the entire main floor, the gardens and the Bride’s Boudoir for all weddings. The Manor accepts personal cheques or debit only. Please make all cheques payable to The Ontario Mission of the Deaf. Upon receipt of this deposit, and a signed license agreement, your date will be confirmed. It will also be necessary at this time to submit a credit card imprint in the amount of $1,000.00 as a security deposit. This imprint will be discarded after a visual check is made of our facility to ensure that no damage has occurred, and when all outstanding monies have been paid in full. The total balance of the most recent quote is due 14 days prior to your event and must be paid in the form of a certified cheque or debit only! This amount includes total catering fees (food, beverage and service), rentals (tables, chairs, dinnerware etc.). Any adjustments would be made the week following your event.
